Cold Stone Creamery to Raise Funds for Make-a-Wish; Breast Cancer Resource Center Hosts Fundraiser Gala
• On Thursday, September 30, Cold Stone Creamery (504 State St., Santa Barbara, and 5718 Calle Real, Goleta) will host the World’s Largest Ice Cream Social, a fundraising event benefiting the Make-a-Wish Foundation nationwide. • The Breast Cancer Resource Center of S.B. hosts its 11th Annual Fall Fundraiser—themed “Villa Under the Stars”—next Saturday, September 25, from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Proceeds from $150 tickets benefit the organization, which provides free support services to women with cancer.
