Man Arrested for Alleged Lewd Behavior

Sheriff’s deputies arrested Al Stein, 28, on 12/4 for alleged lewd and lascivious behavior with a minor. Stein was volunteering at the Boy Scout Troop 36 Christmas tree lot at 5875 Calle Real in Goleta, where he allegedly engaged in inappropriate behavior with a Boy Scout. Stein was held on $100,000 bail.
