Four Men Arrested for Soliciting Prostitution
Sheriff's Department Set Up Sting Operation with Online Sex Ad
Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Detectives have arrested four men for allegedly soliciting prostitution during two separate sting operations in Goleta.
In each case, a Sheriff’s spokesperson said, the suspects responded to a phony online sex ad and arranged to meet what turned out to be an undercover deputy at a local motel.
All four were booked into County Jail. The Sheriff’s Special Investigations Bureau has similar sting operations planned for the future, the spokesperson said.
