The Smoke Ban

I think the new Santa Barbara public smoking ban is a mistake. Smokers, for the most part, will continue to smoke. I have no empirical evidence to back me up, but I also believe cigarettes help keep people from using stronger, illegal drugs. I guess time will tell.
