SO LONG, SAM

After 19 years, Santa Barbara Bowl Executive Director and founding member of the S.B. Bowl Foundation Sam Scranton has announced he’ll be retiring to pursue other interests. Scranton began his career at the Bowl in 1979 and was an integral part of the venue’s $23 million renovation.

This Wednesday, November 4, at 6 p.m., longtime Santa Barbara artist Brad Nack will launch his first-ever 100% Reindeer Art Show Tour at Paul Cumes Fine Art (131 E. Anapamu St.).
