California Coastal Commission Hosts 25th Annual California Coastal Cleanup Day
Be one of the hundreds of thousands of volunteers from around the world to participate in the 2009 California Coastal Cleanup Day. The event, organized by the California Coastal Commission, will be celebrating its 25th year of picking litter off our sweet shores, and will be expanding from the beaches to creeks. Twenty-one shores in this area will be tidied up this year on Saturday, September 19, from 9 a.m.-noon, at various beaches throughout S.B. County.
