Actors Jeff and Susan Bridges’s Montecito estate sold for $16 million last week after it had been on the market for several years. The five-bedroom villa on 19 acres of land on Hot Springs Road went for nearly half its initial asking price. The couple, whose three daughters are grown, haven’t lived at the Hot Springs Road estate for a number of years. They live nearby on a much smaller lot.
