Loud Noises at 630 Garden Street

This week, workers will install bird netting at the city’s motor pool facility located at 630 Garden Street. But neighbors need not be alarmed by a loud sound similar to that of a small handgun — that is the sound a powder actuated hammer being used to complete the project, scheduled to finish on Friday.
