Perk up your ears, Santa Barbarans, for the seventh annual New Noise Music Festival is about to commence. From Thursday, October 15, through Sunday, October 18, downtown venues will be alive with the sounds from this year’s stellar lineup, which includes Run the Jewels, Black Lips, Ariel Pink, Gardens & Villa, Joey Cape, Penguin Prison, Beta Play, and heaps more.
