The three-story office building at 3757 State Street next to Whole Foods has been sold for nearly $10 million to an undisclosed buyer. Completely renovated in 2012, the 20,000 square foot structure is occupied by Citibank on its first floor and local and regional office tenants on its second and third. According to Bob Tuler of Radius Commercial Real Estate & Investments, which brokered the deal, the property had not been updated since it was built in the 1970s and had suffered from spotty tenancy throughout the years. Radius called the transaction “the largest office building sale on upper State Street in nearly a decade.”
