The Pacific Coast Business Times reported 12/3 that the Marshalls building at 900 State Street was recently sold for $14.3 million in an all-cash, off-market deal. Radius real estate agents represented the buyer, 900 State Street Associates LLC, and the new owner is an out-of-town investor with local ties, according to the Business Times. The three-story, 50-year-old building, which used to house a bank, then a Borders bookstore, last sold in 2011. Marshalls holds a long-term lease on it through 2015 with multiple options, the Business Times reported.
