Sotheby’s International Realty, Inc. Agents Make Strong Showing in Prestigious Annual Ranking
Twenty-one Agents and Five Teams Honored in 2013’s The Thousand, Released by The Wall Street Journal
Based on sales completed in 2012, 21 agents and five of the firm’s sales teams achieved placements on the list.
Serena Boardman ranked second, with $393,742,540 in sales volume, and Roger Erickson ranked 10th in the country, with $254,095,000 in sales; both are East Side Manhattan agents. Five of the top fifty agents in the nation listed in the Top 250 Sales Professionals by Transaction Volume category are also with the firm, and based in the New York, Hamptons, and San Francisco markets. Suzanne Perkins, of the Santa Barbara office, ranked 57th in the country, with a sales volume of $108,862,009.

In the Top 250 Sales Professionals by Transaction Volume category, Sotheby’s International Realty network professionals comprise nearly 17 percent of the list.
