WHO: In honor of the Week of the Young Child, Pacific Coast Association for the Education of Young Children (PCAEYC) invites the public to tour local nationally accredited child care facilities in our communities.
WHEN: Friday, April 27, 2012 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. (Interviews available onsite)

WHY: The community at-large is encouraged to attend and bring friends, family, children, and co-workers for a fun-filled morning and visiting of quality accredited programs. Come and be inspired by the variety of programs that represent quality. High quality child care promotes children’s success in school, increases the productivity of parents in the workplace, and benefits the community by improving the bottom line for businesses, increasing the effectiveness of the future workforce and decreasing future school drop-out rates and crime.
