In reference to Chris Meagher’s article “Pappas Announces Run for 3rd District Supervisor,” the idea that there will be fewer students than usual in Isla Vista at the time of the June 5 primary seems misguided. UCSB’s spring quarter usually runs until the middle of June—until about June 15 this year. So there will in fact be no lack of bodies to run through the IV and UCSB polling places.
