Mr. Wilson has over 35 years of experience, including 20 years in the medical technology industry, and has been a Chief Financial Officer of publicly-held or pre-public med-tech companies since 1990. Mr. Wilson was the Chief Financial Officer of St. Jude Medical, Inc., which transitioned from $150 million to $1 billion in revenue during his tenure at the company from 1990 to 1997. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, he played a key role in the initial public offerings of both Computer Motion, Inc. in 1997, which subsequently merged with Intuitive Surgical, Inc., and Sonic Innovations, Inc. in 2000, which grew from a pre-revenue to $125 million revenue company during his tenure. Most recently, Mr. Wilson was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Den-Mat Holdings, LLC.
