Steve Pappas, continuing in his quest to get under 3rd District Supervisor Doreen Farr’s skin even though he has yet to find a legal avenue to overturn her 2008 election victory—or win any minor victories at any legal level for that matter—is planning to ask for more discovery for an upcoming hearing at which Farr is attempting to recoup attorneys fees. Pappas has said he needs the evidence to show Farr is entitled to a lesser amount than she is claiming.
