In celebration of the 38th anniversary of the landmark Supreme Court case Roe v. Wade, which guaranteed a woman’s right to privacy in relation to health and reproductive rights, the S.B. Pro-Choice Coalition is sponsoring two productions of Jane: Abortion and the Underground this week. The play, written by Paula Kamen, is a provocative drama about activism, resistance, and justice in the pre-Roe era. The production runs at 7 p.m. on Saturday, January 15, and 2 p.m. on Sunday, January 16, at Center Stage Theater (751 Paseo Nuevo, Upstairs Terrace). Tickets are $10-$15; the show is ages 16+ only.
