S.B. Library System Holds Huge Sale
Russian author Fyodor Dostoyevsky, best known for his novels Crime and Punishment and The Brothers Karamazov, was born November 11, 1821, in Moscow. To celebrate this legendary author’s birthday, the S.B. Public Library is having a giant sale of heaps of items at garage-sale prices. For example, hardcover books are $1; books on tape, CD sets, and sheet music are 50¢ each; mass-market paperbacks are 25¢; and DVDs are $1. On Sunday, the deal gets even better—only $3 per bag of your chosen goodies. The event takes place Thursday-Sunday, November 11-14, in the Periodicals Room at the Central Library (40 E. Anapamu St.).
