New County CEO Chandra Wallar sat through her first Board of Supervisors meeting on 11/2 after starting work the day before. Wallar jumped in headfirst on Monday, meeting and greeting several county staff members, who for the first time in 14 years were no longer under the leadership of CEO Mike Brown. Brown retired at the end of October. The county held a reception for Brown at the courthouse on 10/28.
