The 23rd Annual Santa Barbara French Festival comes to Oak Park this Bastille Day weekend. Celebrate all that is France with crêpes, gypsy jazz, tributes to Edith Piaf and Marie Antoinette, and a specially commissioned Eiffel Tower.
