As I used the restroom at the Cabrillo Bath House, I noticed there is no wheelchair access. There is a plug-in there that they can use for juice to recharge wheelchairs; and it is cool and shady in the summer. There is plenty of room in the men’s restroom for about four electric wheelchairs. — Harry Lewis Brotten III
