The sentencing for Jesse James Hollywood, who appeared before Judge Brian Hill on 10/20, has been continued to 11/10. Hollywood’s attorney, James Blatt, is hopeful that he can uncover and present enough evidence of juror misconduct to successfully file for mistrial. If the judge does not grant the mistrial motion on the continuance date, Hollywood will face life in prison without parole, having been found guilty of murder in July.
