A symposium on the American healthcare system lured an impressive cast of government, religious, and industry leaders to the First United Methodist Church on 10/19. After County Public Health Department Director Dr. Elliot Schulman explained Santa Barbara County healthcare, various attendees discussed the best methods of accommodating those who cannot afford healthcare.
