Join together with people in Cairo, Kigali, London, Los Angeles, Mumbai, Rio de Janeiro, and thousands of others around the globe to participate in a live, streaming broadcast of films, music, and visionary speakers to unite humankind. This all-day educational celebration includes a swim at 9 a.m. at UCSB’s Campus Point; a Pangea Festival for the family from 11 a.m.-3 p.m. at SBCC’s West Campus lawn with crafts, music, games, and food; and a Youth Conference for high school and college students. Proceeds will benefit the Network for Africa, helping those affected by the Rwandan genocide (network4africa.org). Visit pangeadaySB.com for a complete list of events.
