Santa Barbara International Film Festival Executive Director Roger Durling has said he will not yet comment on the recent departures of three senior staff members development manager Mary Lynn Harms, operations coordinator Chris Johnston, and general manager Josh Murray, the last of whom had worked with the festival longer than Durling himself. Festival reps have characterized the departures as typical nonprofit job shuffling, though others have speculated that the changes were driven by deliberate staff restructuring and other factors.

Noza, the Goleta company whose product is a searchable database of charitable donors’ granting records, has added a new feature: the tax returns of 107,543 private foundations and counting, as the Internal Revenue Service supplies Noza with a steady stream of Internal IRS Forms 990-PF in raw form. Information to be gleaned includes the foundation’s total asset value, its contributions, criteria, and deadlines, as well as employee salaries.
