The Santa Barbara Sheriff’s Department announced this week that deputies had arrested a woman they believed to be at least partly responsible for a rash of automobile burglaries in Goleta during November and December. Jennifer Coltrin was arrested on charges of possession of stolen property. Department spokesperson Sgt. Alex Tipolt urged citizens with any information to contact the Sheriff’s office.
