More Mud Slinging at Goleta Water District
What started as a mild recrimination of the Goleta Water District’s Management Committee for not having agenda documents available before its 1/18 meeting ended in fireworks by leading-edge district critic Jack Ruskey. The retired litigator angrily accused General Manager Kevin Walsh of criminally secretive behavior because Walsh submitted to the state an Urban Water Management Plan that has yet to be reviewed by the public or the GWD Board of Directors.
