Discrimination Ruling Anti-Climactic

Despite a federal court ruling that they discriminated against people with disabilities, no claims for compensation have yet been filed against Samarkand of Santa Barbara or its parent company, Covenant Retirement Communities, a Covenant spokesperson said.
