Who cares what school they go to they were somewhere they did not belong and were irresponsible! No the Sherriff does not owe anyone an apology, Westmont students have partied illegally at the tea gardens also.

Just what we need another upscale community, not housing for the working middle class of Santa Barbara from families who have been in the area for generations but another upscale community.

After hearing the "whisper tape" he should have gotten Murder 1 and he deserves to be tried and punished as an adult, he was not acting like a child when he decided to go to State Street with his "gang banger friends" to fight and being he brought his knife he had every intention of using it. He was thinking he was big and bad that day, let him be big and bad in prision where he belongs.

WOW, looks like another gang banger got away with murder. Good thing Santa Barbara does not have a gang problem.

Bless his heart, it is terrible that the DA's office has nothing more pressing to work (like non-existent gang problems) then this case. This family has been through enough with this disease.
