Legal or not, our Santa Barbara vet will not declaw cats. It is a heavy thing to do to a cat. If it scratches up the house, convert the little POS into an outdoor model. That's very simple. If they puke, same thing: put them outside.

Otherwise, don't get a cat!!

What is so passive about horse riding?? In order to ride a horse at the park, equestrians will have to trailer - that means truck and trailer, parking, horse poop etc.

One car can bring 4 bikes and four riders.

Added benefit - the bikers usually use the restrooms!!

Go BMX park

PS: I am a Bellaire Knolls resident and am impacted by the expansion plans.

I don't believe the jury is allowed to consider anything outside of the trial, and that includes the fate of the other defendants. Every trial is separate. Maybe not fair, but that's the way it is. Rugge and Skid should have gotten the same verdict that JJH got . . .

Good chance of mistrial? Based on what? You'll get better odds in the California Lottery. JJH supporters need a new horse, cause the one you are riding is way lame!

Let's see: 224 vehicles stopped, 2 DUI arrests.
That's less than 1%!!

Good Job SB!!!

Get out your grammar book and bone up on how to use apostrophies with the pronoun "IT". Your version is wrong . . .again!!

The new bike paths are nice, but this car-fearing bike rider will continue to use either the Oak Park Pedestrian overpass or the Micheltorena Bridge. It is still pretty scary down there under the freeway with on and off ramps for book-ends.

Janet Wolf calls the project "pretty", but with no "significant public benefit". What the hell is "public benefit"? I thought the public got benefits from the money. This is just hot air.
It's all about fear of precedent, and the easiest decision is no decision at all.
I'm not a big fan of coastal development, but I wish these supe windbags would stop speaking in tongues. Just say it: You don't want development at the golf course. Bang. Come back with another plan.
