Just had my first Burger Bus "cheese burger" & onion "rings" (more like fried onion peels) today... It was GOOD!!! My only gripe is to offer regular buns... my meat patty moved around A LOT and the ciabata bread did not "soak" up the juices from the burger (as a regular bun would). Also the onion "rings" were REALLY greasy!!! the brown bag it was in was SOAKED in oil!!!! but the onion "rings" itself was delicious & very fresh!! :-)

It makes me mad when people are just plain ignorant. It's NOT the breed/dog that's the problem, its the PEOPLE that raises them to be aggressive. I have a rescued pit, and he's the sweetest dog ever!! He's more tame & friendly than ANY animals I have ever
owned.
I agree with the comments above- if you can't control your animal, you shouldn't be walking it in public.

So if I drive drunk & kill someone, all I have to do is get pregnant to get out of prison time? Wow. Thanks Santa Barbara Judicial system!

I agree, what kind of parents let their kid(s) run around unsupervised??? Apparently the child was unsupervised if the driver had to go search for the mother. Sure the driver had a suspended license and should be charged accordingly.. but he did not "hit & run". It'll be outrageous if this driver gets jail time, while someone like Heather Hulsey-- who KILLED someone while driving drunk, hid the fact that she killed someone & then had no remorse by partying it up right after the incident-- gets "probation" for her horrendous actions!!!!

It's logical--you KILL someone, you go to prison!!!!!!! No if's, and's, or but's!!!!!

It's crazy how the judicial system works in Santa Barbara. You can drink, drive & KILL someone, and get off the hook... but if you get caught with marijuana, you get jail time- hands down.
I thought for sure this was a slam-dunk case-- she was driving drunk, killed someone, covered it up & had NO remorse... but even with all this evidence, she gets "probation".. Wow.
This will definitely set a precedent to other drunk drivers-- kill someone & you will get off the hook too!! And to definitely make sure you don’t get prison time, get pregnant!!
Sure, a baby should be with its mother.. But I don't think it should be a "get out of jail" card. And besides, she'll probably drive drunk again with the baby in the car!! Who knows!!
I'm so appalled & angry at the unfairness of this trial. She's being rewarded for killing someone. Wow.
It makes me think--if you decide to drive drunk, remember to kill someone on your way home so you won't get any prison time!!
