What a freak!! Get this guy off the street for good. Would anybody want this to happen to their wife or daughter. I can't believe any defense laywer would even try to help this guy.
Jam a needle in his neck and throw him in with the boy's at Pelican Bay and let's see what happens.
I feel so sad for those women but in this day and age, you can't go off alone without something to defend yourself with. I've said it before and I'll say it again, legalize concealed carry permits. Support the NRA.

We don't need another friggin' retreat for the rich. Leave it alone. Don't charge for parking. Don't extend the pier and don't install a billion dollar hotel. I have lived here all my life. 46 years. I see no reason to fix something that isn't broken. If the County of S.B. has a surplus of cash, how about discontinuing the furlough that their employee's are forced to take?!

What does it take to convince people? Alcohol and driving dont mix. I hate to say it but this guy asked for it. I've ridden the pass and stagecoach rd. totally sober and it can be a challenge even for experienced riders. Too bad so sad for his family and friends. Even the Old guy in the other car has to live with it the rest of his life. Not to mention the rescue personel. I know from expierence that a fatal is something that you never forget.
If the police would break up those stupid checkpoints that rarely nab a drunk and put those extra 10 officers on patrol, they might nab a few more like this guy.

I am not a gun fanatic, but with the level of serious crimes that are occuring with the gangs and just in general, I believe the public should have the right to carry a concealed firearm legally if they so choose. Texas has it and it works well.
If the criminals don't know that if a person might be armed, they might think twice before messing with them.
Watch a couple of episodes of Gangland on the History Channel and it may changed your mind.
I support the NRA because without them fighting for our second amendment right to keep and bear arms, The beaurocrats in DC. would strip us of that right in a heartbeat.
