So the dredger is supposed to use an electric motor to dredge the sand so that all the diesel and gas engined boats can use the harbor? And the electric motor use is required because of 'air quality' issues? STOOPID reasoning.

Maybe he gets sentenced to 4 years and perhaps serves 2 years, around 700 days and he ripped off $8m??
Seems like crime does pay when you can make that kind of money and serve such a short sentence.
Strange that Ponzi schemers seem to get away with huge amounts of money but don't serve that much time.
