Good day, I am a life long resident of The Bronx, NYC and a retired member of the FDNY. Rudy Giuliani is the best thing that ever happened to NYC. He took an out of control city and turned it into one of the finest cities in the USA. He cut crime and welfare dramatically. Perhaps civil service union leaders do not say good things about the "Mayor" but if you ask the rank and file union member "Rudy" is well liked and respected.
