Why did the, "red 2005 Mazda was was heading south when the driver veered to the right near the Castillo Street interchange, smashed into the guardrail, and flipped the vehicle, which stopped in the middle of the freeway? Did they blow a tire? Were they drunk? Were they distracted by an PED (Personal Entertaining Device), Doing their hair, make-up, dressing? I want to know why the Mazda veered to the right, hitting the guardrail and flipping into the middle of HWY 101?

The Clancys cannot understand the evil intent behind the bombings. “Why?” Doris said. “Why pick on a happy event with families and children? It’s never been answered.” The explosions occurred when the flow of runners was at a peak. “The Red Sox game had just gotten out, and there were a lot of spectators,” Gary said. “The devices were designed to maim and cause injuries". A Terrorists' largest Goal is to Inflict Mass Casualties on a Target by Killing and Maiming Innocent people to further their goal of hate and vengeance. The two Terrorists were intent on causing mass casualties and to Kill as many Infidels as possible, afterward they were to wait until Americans get into their comfort zones and then strike again (Shock and Awe).

Wow! A Food Czar who thinks with their brain and not their Budget. While attending school in Goleta during the 70's through Mid-80's, I was involved in the Student Assist Cafeteria Program where two student were either picked or volunteered to work in the school cafeteria in the Sixth grade year to see how the food is prepared and get hands on experience in Culinary and Sanitation procedures in the school system. I volunteered often and commented an created food items for my school, La Patera Elementary School, some where worked well others failed but none were adopted.
In High School I also worked in the School Cafeteria and later in my Junior Year (83'-84'), year purposed a Regional Occupational Program (ROP) to the Santa Barbara School District Board and after a few in-person interviews, by September of 1985 at Dos Pueblos High School, we had the program in 1985 out of the Teachers Lounge / shared the School Kitchen where we earned school credit and was part of our elective selection ( I had all my requirements completed before my Senior year). My Third and Fourth Period was the class in Food Prep and Lunch we served and then cleaned up, to include all of the Kitchen, not just our section. We did sell a few of our items on the Student side as Test items for adoption but after I Graduated that Summer of 85', I was off to College and their Culinary Program, I didn't keep up with the High School Program to see how it fared...

"The political winds are changing, too. Santa Barbara’s Juvenile Justice/Delinquency Prevention Commission — whose members were appointed by Presiding Judge Arthur Garcia — just voted to oppose the gang injunction. With gang activity dropping, its members felt the injunction was not warranted", it is because the Injunction was pressed even though the, " It turns out that guys with monikers like “Lil Nightmare,” “Smurf,” and “Dopes,” had cleaned up their acts sufficiently — school, jobs, families, kids, no arrests — that their inclusion would undermine City Hall’s case in the eyes of Judge Colleen Sterne. Of the remaining seven, two are mothers", the Two (2) Mothers will be teaching their Bandido's the ways of a true Latin Santa Barbarian. I still say that the Injunction lowered the Gang Crime rate by producing a negative approach to becoming a Gang Member in Santa Barbara, not removing the Gangs just making it more unfavorable to becoming one. Keep pressing the Injunction and maybe updating the recruits to the list of Bad-of-Bad, will get you a Guilty deliberation!
