Interesting, more people so far are for Mr. Mitchum over Incumbent Ms. Capps.
I would Vote but I live outside of the State of California and out of the District but would also give my vote to Challenger Mr. Chris Mitchum.

What would or could be the benefits for those with deep pockets to assist in the City or County in paying for the, ‘infrastructure,’ improvements other than warm and fuzzy feelings or a sizable Tax break?
$2 million isn't a high toll to pay for improvements if your strapped and can make the contribution.
What about adding some new tech to extend the life of the improvements, may be recycled rubber tires added to the the “Thousand Steps” stairway on the Mesa, or to several lengthy strips of sidewalk?
I ask because we all know that Santa Barbara is teaming with Hollywood's wealthy Entertainment performers and producers, not to leave out the other wealthy hiding out on Mountain Drive, an incentive to assist maybe in name plaques or prestige.
Just a thought...
