Wow -just wow - that's all I can say as you "clearly" have issues.

I am so glad you took my advice to go enjoy the beach! I hope that excursion doesn't interefere with all of your "reading and laughing" hobbies that you have mentioned 2 times now.

I am at the beach right now - maybe we can meet up! On second thought - maybe not.

Ok - this is getting dumb now and using up space for real debate and constructive comments.

I'm done - but please do feel free to continue your crazed attacks and ranting.

Last I read coffee and cigarettes weren't illicit drugs.

Not familiar with amphetimenes and how wide a range of substances that includes.

Now alleged "defiance" that is a serious "drug" when it comes to the steroidal, power crazed and abusive employees protecting all of us.

If this individual had been in jail as many times as reported then rational county employees at the jail were surely aware of his medical background which would be cause for any normal individual to treat this man with a little more concern and a lot less violence.

I wonder what the rest of the video tape reveals about the encounter aside from the excerpt that "confirmed Baumann’s resistance as deputies tried to talk with him and maintain control of him"

I'd love to hear that convesation.

Scratch that, Priceless. You actually woke up earlier to post your meanie response @ 7:24 that means you probably started at min. 7:00 a.m.

Again, why don't you go enjoy the sunrise at the beach tomorrow instead.

Look out for those coppers though.

Priceless -- what a full life you must have waking up @ 7:52 a.m. to call people idiots and insult indviduals who know something about how the legal systems works here which they are not afraid to expose. Did you wait all day for a response from the person you were attacking?

Just because an individual disagrees with your opinion does not mean he or she is or was an "inmate."

With your online moniker and attitude you'll surely have a personal experience with law enforcement yourself in the (hopefully) near future.

Then you can tell us all about it. Keep up the good work you "good citizen" you.

Hope you wake up on the right side of the bed tomorrow :-)

You go Beachgirl - well stated.

She is right on point. How do you know what she does and does not know priceless (nice moniker btw) and especially you mr or ms former sbso? Do you posess some sort of supernatural ability to channel other people's experiences through comment boards along with your ability to beat and abuse people?

Your claim that the jail is not a psychotic looney bin - and I'm referring to the esteemed officers - not the abused and incarderated - is a complete lie.

She seems to express herself intelligently enough and is restrained in what she could be saying as there is SO MUCH more to be said about the DA's office, court system and their out of control "enforcers" - our "heroic" men and women in blue.

Fair enough HG - you're entitled to your opinion and analysis. Me too.

Yes HG I am aware that a jury will make a final decision and this is an interim decision about the pharmacies remaining defendants in the action.

Perhaps I was unclear in my post. However I used the word "imply" not "found guilty" and Sterne's decisions are increasingly erratic, inconsistent and harmful as is her court attendence and and performance.

She should've been off the bench yesterday.

Oh lord - Sterne strikes again. Diaz certainly looks like a questionable practitioner but to make the jump that seeking out herion stemmed from the prescription drugs hence making the pharmacies liable is simply ridiculous.

To imply herion use was anyone's decision but Mongomery's is another "out of this world" irrational, conclusion by Judge Colleen.

The death or loss of a child is indeed a tragedy - too bad Colleen only cares about certain children - and this child was an adult. Not to be insensitive to the Montgomery's but I wonder if they have money and Colleen knows that? She is the economic justice judge is she not?

I wonder what her personal motivation for this bizarre "LEGAL??" ruling was? She certainly comes up with some crazy conclusions which unfortunately can severely damage childrens and adults lives and for which she has no regard. Something's not right with that gal.

Did she forget everything she learned at SB College of Law because she certainly does not refer to the law when she makes decisions. But who cares as long as she still has health benefits and a paycheck.

She just seems to pull things out of the air. Is she operating on all her cylinders?

What are her real life experiences besides working in law firms and courtrooms and being a "high priestess" at her church? A judge needs to have common sense and real life experiences to function properly, fairly and effectively.

Does she even have any children?

When will she be finally removed from the bench? It is long overdue and "everyone" in town who knows of her agrees.

The Independent should really do an in depth investigation, or even a series, on police brutality in this town.

For a city this size the police brutality cases seem to be proportionally excessive. Why not a public call for stories.

I know a number of officers personally (relatives and others) and they most definitely adhere to an attitude that they just don't care and are above the law.

This type of abuse is truly entertainment and a "high" for some (not all - but more than not) They think it is a joke. But we can't forget who enables this type of behavior the DA's office and judiciary many of whom take a similar view of the "enforcement of laws."

Come on Indy do something really relevant and help this community get these scofflaws, who are supposed to be upholding the law and "protecting" us, under control.
