The apostle James calls the Ten Commandments "the royal law," meaning it came from a King and is worthy of His Kingdom (James 2:8-12).

God has never done away with His Ten Commandments, and they never shall be done away. They will be lived by all those given eternal life forever. They will also be the basic law of those possessing mortal life when Jesus returns. From God's commandments, all laws governing every aspect of a moral life will be drawn and applied in their spirit. Their standards will be the rule of law against which people's lives will be guided and judged.

yes on 8, I undearstand both sides, I for one don"t care who gets married to who but when it comes to teaching young kids, I feel it is wrong for a child in 2 grade to learn this, When they are older that is their right because they will know what is right from wrong. I feel this is a pushy subject and parents should have the right to say I don"t want my kids learning this at a early age. look at this When Massachusetts legalized gay marriage, schools began teaching.
I feel it should be the parent say I don"t want my young boy or girl to learn this but the parents have no say so unless they vote yes to this to keep this out.

I am votting yes on 8 because I don"t want my kid's learning this at a young age when they don"t know right for wrong. As a mother I feel this is wrong for people to teach young kids in the schools.
