Cuba provides:
free health care,
free education,
rationed food,
censored libraries,
restrictions on travel,
highly limited civil rights,
monitored communications,
neighborhood watch groups,
files documenting everyone’s good (or bad) behavior, and
wages of fifty cents a day.
BUT SO DOES EVERY FEDERAL PRISON IN THE USA!
