Since you removed my previous comment, how about this one.
At least they didn't hurt anybody other than themselves, and the dog.

I've always wondered about something, so here goes. Does the U.S recognize a driver's license issued by a foreign country? If these people had any license to hand to the officer, would they accept it?
BTW, I love how everybody thinks these new drivers will run out to purchase insurance. These folks are on the bottom of the ladder and need to put food on the table before they need car insurance.

They might have some more cash if they weren't paying for 2 chancellors.

Italiansburg says:
"The parents of these kids are motivated and held accountable for their kids actions and success."
I'd like to add that the kids are also held accountable by the parents for their actions and successes (and failures).

KEYT is an embarrassment to TV. It's amateur hour. I can't watch the news without screaming at the TV because of their abysmal technical standards.Of course, that would assume they have standards. KEYT is the video equivalent of the News Press.

"Everybody agreed that the school district could do more to help that effort by sending out informational mailers"
On whose dime? If the schools are in such dire straits they should be conserving resources, not using them to support a political campaign. The Independent will give the measures plenty of publicity and I'm sure the politicians will as well.

So what did SB get out of this? Did Caruso set a date to start demo and have it finished by a set date? Did he set a date to start construction? You know, one guy with a sledgehammer could demo that place in, I don't know, 7-8 years. Don't be surprised if he tries to get a property tax reduction when all that's left is dirt.

Note to Indy:
Using the headline 'State Street Retail Rundown' isn't the best choice of words. It's too close to the truth.

Anybody want to guess that it'll end up like SBCC? Fire someone and then have to buy out the remainder of their contract. She should have been canned for not letting the supes know she was looking elsewhere (but only if that wasn't allowable under her contract).
