I wonder if the software only allows three choices. I think it's a manageable part of the streetscape and we don't really need more "walking beat cops", we need economic equality. There's a lot of elderly homeless. We need sanctuaries for abused kids (which includes disowning your child for being gay ). We need drug and alcohol abuse treatment programs that are focused on recovery and not just providing a revenue stream for the county.

From this wall that is as artistic as...well...a wall, to the garish chromatic arch in front of the Doubletree, I seriously question whether the Santa Barbara art community would recognize real art if it bit them on the collective behind. The brick wall in front of The Habit is art? Oh, please!
