They have a Groucho Marx style air horn that annoys more than half a block away.
And don't forget the food wrappers, packaging, and nibbled corn cobs that then decorate the sidewalks and streets in the wake of these illegal vendors.

as long as they have permits and are legal, I like them. If they are not legal and allowed to operate while we ticket and disallow other legal businesses, then they suck...
No one wants to see illegal activity allowed because of a few politically correct loudmouths screaming racism... Enforce all the laws equally and you'll have a happy town. Continue to selectively enforce the laws and you'll continue to have pissed of citizens.
