One must ask how many of these complainers use cellphones, thanks to towers located outside Montecito; they must bear the name NIMBY. And BTW, the Montecito Association membership is about 10% of the population of the unincorporated territory known as Montecito, has no legal standing, but yet is closely obeyed by Mr. Career Politician, Salud Carbajal. And apparently the rest of the Board obey Carbajal.
