Whoever wrote the "Details" on this establishment has obviously never been there. There is a large, beautifully decorated smoking patio in the back of Elsie's--probably one of the nicest in town. Also, the whole bar is totally wheel-chair friendly, as it was once a motorcycle shop and the floors are all cement slab. Geeze--you guys were way off!!!
