In a scene straight out of a bad action movie, 48-year-old trucker Charles Allison Jr., while jacked up on speed, crashed his truck into the back of a BMW that was being driven up Highway 101 by a 36-year-old mother with her two kids. Allison and his rig hurdled to his death 100 feet below, while the BMW was pushed half-way over the concrete guardrail.
