NOT OUR FAULT: After once again spending the holiday season spilling thousands of gallons of crude oil at a facility near Santa Maria, Greka Energy was under fire this week. However, according to Greka President Andrew deVegvar (pictured above at a December 27 press conference), the recent rash of spills has been blown out of proportion and is the result of nothing more than human error.
