Lea Elizabeth Anderson

Lea Elizabeth Anderson – born May 21, 1954, daughter of Clifton & Lois Anderson of Morrisville PA passed away in her Santa Paula home on April 27, 2013 with her family by her side.

Lea is remembered by her friends and family as a fun and creative person with great talents in the garden, along with her party planning flair including all the trimmings.

Lea moved to Santa Barbara in the early 1980’s. She worked for Heyer-Schulte, the City of Santa Barbara, and in 1992 moved to Redlands where she was a Montessori teacher and worked with San Bernardino County in the Emergency Services Division. Lea most recently worked for the IT Dept with Ventura County.

Lea was recognized as “Volunteer of the Year” with the Ventura Botanical Gardens, where donations are welcome www.venturabotanicalgardens.com ;the Gardens also created this annual award in her name. Lea was an amazing woman and will be missed and remembered by all who were fortunate to know and love her.
