Teresa Salcedo; of Santa Barbara; died August 29. She was 49. Visitation will be Fri., September 5, 8am until 7 pm. Rosary will follow at 7 pm at Welch-Ryce-Haider Funeral Chapels Downtown location. Mass will be Sat., September 6 at 10 am at Our Lady of Sorrows Church. Interment will be at a later date in Mexico. Arrangements by Welch-Ryce-Haider 965-5145.
