City College Raises Tuition for Out-of-State and International Students

Santa Barbara City College passed a resolution on 1/23 that will increase out-of-state and international students’ tuition by $14 per unit in fall 2014, increasing the total cost for non-California residents to $271 per unit and generating an estimated $700,000 per year for the school. Read story.
