Regarding the Deltopia riot: I’m not defending the kid, but why did the police officer chase him? And which amendment to the Constitution says a street party has to be “sanctioned”? After all, didn’t the police force the annual rite-of-spring party onto Del Playa Drive by closing down the beach? Has anyone looked into whether that was legal? Isn’t it an important story that the video cameras didn’t show anything? And who got to look at the video tapes?
