Compassion in action is a powerful force that can transform lives, relationships, communities and ripple out into the world at large. At times, we may feel that no one understands our struggles or pain and this experience can cause us to isolate, feel invisible or alone. Embracing the gift of compassion, however, reminds us of our interconnectedness.
